*Our Cupcakes are available for shipping across the United States (with the exception of PO Boxes). We ship frozen with dry ice. Our preferred shipping method is 2 Day with UPS. Shipping rates are based on destination and the shipping rates start at $25 and up.

Our butter cream frosting is shipped fresh. Try it on top of any of your favorite home made recipes. We make, and hand package our gourmet buttercream everyday at our bakery in Hudson, Ohio. It is always made in small batches, and with some of the finest ingredients. Main Street Cupcakes Gourmet Buttercream frosting comes in 16oz containers. Our buttercream frosting is made with butter, and it contains both milk and soy products.

• Cupcakes are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Orders are not shipped on the same day that they are placed. All orders are baked fresh to order then frozen in preperation for shipping. Please allow at least 72 hours for all orders to be shipped out. Shipping & Returns

All products are shipped directly from our facilities in Hudson, Ohio. Our butter cream and cupcakes are all made fresh daily. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Cupcakes are shipped 2 day with UPS and arrive frozen.

All butter cream orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping costs for all products are calculated based on weight and destination address. For more information on shipping costs feel free to call us directly at 330.342.0833.

We do not accept returns on our perishable goods. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Privacy Statement

Simply stated: We do not sell, or trade any personal customer information that we obtain. We of course would fully cooperate with authorites should a reason by law require us to do so. We may send occasional email updates about store happenings and special invitations, but as a customer you have a right to refuse those. We collect phone numbers to follow up with orders if the need arises.

Collecting credit card information is standard with online orders, but your credit card is used solely to process your order. We use industry standard secure processings systems when utlizing your credit card information, it is always kept confidential, and it is automatically erased after your order is processed. We do not retain credit card information for future orders so you will always be prompted to enter your payment information on every order you place at the Main Street Cupcakes’ online store.
